Hi people! I'm using the IROMAN training plan beginner 20 week, but I don't understand the meaning of 1x1500 rpe 4 (alternate 1 x1000).
What Does the word "alternate" refer to?
In other words, I have to do 1x1500 or 1x1000 or Both?

Thank you all,
Bye :)

Hey man, I'm using the free 20 week HIM plan and it's great! The word "alternate" means if you can't do the whole 1500, do a 1000 instead.

I first decided I was going to "do" a triathlon in 1994. It wasn't until 13 years later, in 2007 that I actually did. Why did it take me 13 years to get to the starting line? The swim!
