Hi,

Call THE RUSH in Knoxville, contact the Walker Springs location. Ask to speak to Oliver Fraenkel, he teaches lessons there. He's one of the better teachers in the area if you want one on one lessons.

Also Fleet Feet Knoxville usually has some swim classes two days a week. They are a nice group, check out their website/fb page.

There is a masters swim team at UT. Great group. Accommodates all levels.

I have 10 lessons with a coach and he keeps telling my I'm holding my breath. I cannot figure out where since I'm breathing out and in every 3rd stroke. Any drill recommendations?

I had read the articles on BT, I'd trained, and I thought I had prepared. There were, however, a few things that I didn't internalize despite what I'd been told.
