At the moment I'm using bike shoes for Triathlon, but it means because of the multiple straps and the locking system, they are impossible to put on when I'm already on the bike, so I have to put them on in Transition and run with them. So I want to get some tri shoes, but I can't really afford too much - max AUS $130 - can anyone recommend any shoes? I found this on wiggle, no idea how good they are or what the brand is like?

Shrug, nothing wrong with putting your shoes on in T1. I've been using road bike shoes while racing the past three seasons. It's much easier to get out of them while riding.

If you go with dhb do your research, my partner bought some and they aren't standard sizing (can't remember if she ha to order up or down a size).
Other than that they have been holding up alright and I haven't heard any complaints.

You could look at Shimano's TR31 never heard complaints about them and I seen them sold here in Perth for $90

So, since my beloved go-to shoe brand has changed its shoe, after reading the bruhaha about the minimalist shoe, I decided to give it a try. Now I have a foot issue with my arch area.

Already a cyclist and not a bad swimmer, I figured all I had to do was build up to running a few miles and I’d be ready to go. The challenge invigorated me, and I ran out to buy new running shoes.

Whether your bike is new, new to you, or you have not been on the bike for a long time, you really should spend some time thinking about how your bike fits you.
