Regular 116 | Subject: Power Sprint Triathlon : Official Thread Hi, I'm the Ops Director for Richmond Multisports, and am here to answer any questions you have about this year's Groundforce IT Power Sprint Triathlon. It will be the 10th anniversary for this local favorite. This year the Race Director will be reversing the bike course and changing up the run course for a little something different. I'll be racing too, so I hope to see you all on the course! |

Regular 116 | Subject: RE: Power Sprint Triathlon : Official Thread 30 days to Race Weekend! PowerKids on the 17th and PowerSprint on the 18th is a great way to get your family started in triathlon. Years ago (before I started working for RMS), PowerSprint was my first tri. This year's event is the 10th anniversary, and for the first time will feature finisher medals! The bike course will be reversed and the swim exit is through the Y lobby to create a shorter run to transition... it's a new take on an old favorite. Vets can tune their skills, new racers have a course suited to learning with several free clinics offered before the race, and your friends and family have a venue perfect for spectators. Knees bothering you and can't run? Hurt your shoulder and can't swim? Haven't invested in a bike yet? No problem! Email us and we'll set you up with a team as part of our Relay Match Program! |
