Comments: overdressed a bit but it wasnt enough to effect time. What would you do differently?: one less tshirt. Post race
Warm down: met marilynn and left. Drank a water in the car. What limited your ability to perform faster: Cardio was good, mental was good, legs could use more longer runs. Event comments: This race is simply a training tool for the Columbus running groups. It isn't designed to be an A/B/C race for anyone. Just a timed, organized training run. Drove downtown to Columbus with GFs mom. Legs were tired from travelling, but I wasn't expecting much. Had some coffee, ate a toast, gel pack about 20 min prior. Then stood around inside and stretched a bit.
Almost noe. Stood around and stretched. No jogging warm up.
