To increase my swim speed should I turns my arms faster or reach forward further so lengthening my stroke? Am doing drills to increase pull

Thanks for your help

It depends.

Speed = length x rate. Have you measured your current rate/tempo? Are you counting your strokes?

Swim hard, lots of 100's and 50's. Do set's where you do 3 100's, easy/medium/hard. Repeat until your arms are falling off. I wouldn't worry about drills or strokes per length.

Disagree. Swimming hard doesn't always mean you're swimming well. Swim hard up to the point where your form starts to fail and that's where you should swim during hard sets. You should know how many strokes/length as a baseline to know if your form is falling apart during workouts. You should do drills, there are plenty out there that help and just one little tweak to your stroke could help a lot in the long run.
