5:15 AM One hour-ish run with some strides.
4:15 PM 3000m of swimming. Mostly a big set of 200's.
Not even 8 PM and ready to fall asleep! Actually, planning to sleep in tomorrow too and do the workouts after school--mornings have been a struggle this week for some reason, maybe because the kitten keeps trying to play with me at 1 AM, 3 AM, 3:45 AM......
