The goal of this challenge is to achieve a colored square on your training calendar every day for the whole month. The activity is up to you, and are not limited to Tri-training. Just do something active for at least 15 mnutes. Then record it on your training calendar so the day's box turns peach.

Tomorrow is May 1... GO!

Since I failed pretty miserably with the April Peach Challenge I need to redeem myself.  My months are usually pretty peachy but I got sick last month and had a couple of extended travel days.  I think I did get some workouts in while out of town that I probably wouldn't have if I wasn't trying to keep things as peachy as possible.  The weather here is absolutely perfect now so getting out should not be a problem.  Good luck to all.

Tax season left a whole lotta white on my calendar the last few months so I'm looking to make May totally peachy.  Thanks for counting me in, Robin!

Well, mapmyfitness has a get moving challenge - 30 minutes a day so it fits well with this - and potentially free Chipotle at the end.

I don't know if they are doing it in other states, but what I get targets Colorado. I "Run for Chipotle" at least once a week so I might as well go for 30 days in a row and get a free one. !!!

Off to a good start with a nice easy run.  A swim and a short trainer session today.  Got to take it a little easy as I have a 5k tomorrow.  Fastest course of the year for races around here so hoping for a PR.  No other races planned for May so I can focus on training and staying peachy.

We got a race like that here called the Watermelon Classic usually on the 4th of July.  The winner is usually under 16:00, which is pretty darn quick around here.

Good luck! Race smart, and race fast!

Went ahead and added my bike in manually, but I'll re-add it when I have my bike computer to try the device upload.  Also added my run from lunch.  Got a swim after work.

It's getting close to race time! GOGOGOGOGOGO!

Thanks Matt.  Last year it took 14:53 to win and the year before 14:36.  Just under 20:00 will get you about 75th place OA.  My goal is to not hurt myself.

Most people believe that running barefoot is dangerous. Certainly, depending upon the surface, they would be correct. However, there is some suggestion that running barefoot may reduce injuries.

In addition to writing your race number on each upper arm, they also wrote your age on your calf. This allowed me to see who was passing me by in the bike section of this race.

The boat was being tossed around. Someone noted that there were whitecaps on the waves. Another guy said, “This is going to be challenging.” I began to wonder what he meant by 'challenging'.

It’s a challenge to push yourself a little harder and a little further. Be proud of every workout that is accomplished and every step-even the baby ones-that you take on this course to the finishline.

The Boulder Peak bike course is legendary. It is, literally and named as such, one of the toughest bike legs in the country.
