Seeking competitive swim instruction? Contact Sean Raffile, Head Swimming Coach at Pace University for private and semi-private lessons for adults and children (11+) including video stroke analysis, workout design and coaching.

A former NCAA Division II All-American, Division I Summit League Coach of the Year (2009) and Coach of numerous Northeast 10 Conference swimming champions, Coach Raffile has served as Pace's Head Coach for the past three years and coached collegiately for more than 12 years.

I first decided I was going to "do" a triathlon in 1994. It wasn't until 13 years later, in 2007 that I actually did. Why did it take me 13 years to get to the starting line? The swim!
