I'll be in my basement at Zero Dark Thirty continuing my trainerroad training plan. 60' on the drainer to make my Thanksgiving a bit more guilt free!

Been bad with my posts so I am adding back a week of workouts.

All - have a great thanksgiving!

@Mitch - hitting trainerroad at 7:30 am (see you there) and then finishing up dinner for 26! Yup, I do all the cooking - all by scratch.

@Jackie - great report, better effort. Wow.

@Gabe - I was at Yankee stadium for the game. Besides the fact that we won, the scene was just awesome. The alumni took over the city Lafayette and Lehigh colors everywhere and The Empire State Building was lit up with each team's colors. Not that easy to relive the the good old days - took a couple of days to recover, but I did manage a 10 miler on Sunday around Manhattan.

That's why Consistency is the key. Try to do something almost every day.

Hola and hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Joe, glad to hear that you were able to enjoy the Lehigh-Lafayette 150th game in style and we took a good beating from Lafayette this time :-)

Jackie, good report and well done girl!

Last week I was falling apart between a 3000m swim with rib pain and then a run I had to cut short due to severe pain, now in my other knee.  Adding 5 workouts from the past days

Catching up. Did the Tallahassee Turkey Trot and chose the 15K option. All three 5/10/15k start on the same course. I had a really great run, out my butt. I would have had a PR on the 5K, then I would have had one on the 10K, and I ended up with one on the 15K. My goal was to run a 9:42 pace and I ran a 9:34 pace including a porta potty stop to eliminate some coffee. The finish was good enough for 1st in AG or senior master if they award it. It sure is easier to only do one sport ;-)

Your training plan is a guide but you don’t blindly follow it. You shouldn’t know exactly what you are going to do until the day you are to do it.
