saturday day 1 - swim 2 miles in the morning - bike 75 miles at night
sunday day 2 - bike 75 miles in the morning - run/walk 13 mi at night
monday day 3 - run/walk 13 miles in morning

or

day 1 - swim 2 miles in the morning - bike 75 miles at night
day 2 -bike 75 miles in the morning - bike 75 miles at night.
day 3 - run/walk 13 milies in morning - run/walk 13 mi at night

what is "easier"?

I would go with the 1st, since the second has more mileage.

In my book the first option would be a lot easier.

Anything special about these distances?  And I count that as 3 day.  How do you come up with "4 day"?

Just my two cents, but I'd be more inclined to get in on a challenge that had the "official" distances with one full discipline each day.  Memorial day weekend would be perfect but I think my wife would kill me.
