Subject: Ride near Harpers Ferry?
I'm not from the area. Can anyone give me tips about a good 40 miler in the area? I've searched Mapmyride but it's always hard to tell traffic, scenery, etc. (I'll be on my tri bike so I wouldn't want to ride the rali trail).

Over this next month I will be learning more about my bike each time I take it out to ride. I want to take full advantage of what it has to offer.

The most valuable thing you can do for your endurance training is to schedule a weekly 2-4hr long ride from now until the end of time. Simply make this “what you do” every Saturday or Sunday morning.

I read an article that this type of pain comes from straining the neck, especially from riding a road bike. What can you tell me about this type of injury?
