Ok, I'll play. I haven't really been logging my workouts for a few months, just got out of the habit. This will help make me log them again. 80 mile bike ride yesterday to kick off the month, and about to head out for a 7 mile lunch run and swim tonight. Woop woop, lets go people!

I am in. I had too many non-peach days last month.
A 6 mile run and 19 mile bike ride yesterday is a good start to the month.
I am suppose to swim tonight but I am sore and tires. I may do yoga instead to allow a full day recovery.

Does sitting in the hot tub for 15 minutes count?

Well, Mother's Day was the only thing that kept me from a perfectly peachy May and with June holding a Father's Day (I am in slightly more control of that day) I should be good to go.  The weather is perfect here, the lakes are warm enough to swim in and life couldn't be any better.  Here's to a happy, healthy, totally peachy June.

Couldn't that lead to drowning? Maybe yoga by the hot tub to be followed by the hot tub....

I'm in again. I'm trying to run (or the occasional biking) 5x a week and at least 15 min of core or stretching 5x a week. So some days will only have the core/stretching.

I kicked off may with an hour on the bike yesterday and a 2 mile run

today was 1.5 hours on the bike and then a 3 mile run - I have military stuff this weekend, so can't get my long ride in, so more shorter rides

It's been a while since I participated in a Peach Challenge, but they were what got me to start working out daily, which I have tapered off from. Time to get back to each and every day.

Well, I think I jinxed myself thinking this month was going to be a piece of cake to keep peachy.  Second day I drive to the lake and then realize I forgot my swim stuff.  Get home just in time to get a quick run in.  Whew, got my peach.

Next day, my son reminds me as I pick him up from after school daycare that he has a class music presentation that evening.  I keep looking at my watch as it continues on for what seemed like hours.  Get home and the sidewall on my bike tire is blown out.  I get that fixed and the speed sensor wouldn't work.  I change the batteries, realign the sensor/magnet, still not working.  I have a race on Sturday and start stressing that I am not going to get it fixed.  Wind is now totally out of my sails and I just go to bed.  Streak over after two days.  I think some days are just not meant to be peachy.

Come on Steve, let the 3rd just be a suck-egg day and stay peachy the rest of the month.

I had doubles yesterday (Double because I was getting a new car stereo so I went during installation.) Well, two mistakes - old shoes were in the back of my car and I also hit a park that has concrete. My body was achy after a mile or two on that concrete. Moved to the asphalt to try to salvage my joints but still ached. Today, I'm wondering if I'm actually a little sick. Only got in some core workout today and I'm calling it a day.

got home from work last night and the battery on my cell phone was starting to get low, so throw it on the charger before I can head out for my ride/run - head upstairs to change, sit down on the bed and pass out...woke up at 6:30 and was like urghhhh...dragged my butt off the bed and headed out for my 1.5 hour bike, and then 3 mile run...got home just in time for it to start raining

Rain washed out my Tuesday night group bike ride, but it's HOT and sunny outside right now with 2 hours to go until pedals turning. I'm thinking it will be an easy ride since I am doing the bike portion of an olympic distance on Saturday. I did start some light strength workouts this morning, 15 minutes of full body workouts will get the blood flowing first thing in the morning.

So far this month so good. Today may not be a peachy day. Yesterday I worked late, then got my hair done (4 hours), then supermarket shopping in the middle of the night, home by 2 am, unpacked groceries, repacked gym bag for this morning (I was still hoping), then off to bed by 2:45 am.

I woke up so exhausted and decided to just shorten my workout then realize i have to go to work half day, pick up kid early from school and have a 4 hour drive to his lacrosse tournament location. Team meetings and dinner.

I don't see a workout in here. Maybe so core work before bed.

You can sneak it in, just do some planks and other core work. That's probably what I'm going to do. I'm biking an olympic distance relay tri tomorrow so don't want to do anything to wear me out. I was going to go for a short run this morning but had to pack to leave town, then had a chiropractor appt at lunch along with other errands, and not sure I'll have time once I get off work before I leave tonight. I am determined to get in my 15 mins somewhere though! Although does chasing up paper work to sell a boat count? I've burned many calories the past hour and a half stressing over that.

That is my life - always chasing some paper work in the house. That reminds me, I need to locate the folder with the property manager's name.

Slow, hot 6 miles run today. Well, run/walk

I was in the same boat this weekend.

Long walks to and across fields for lacrosse tournament. During half of each game. I would walk up and down the side of the field as I watched the game. Mostly because I was tired of staying in one place.

I am claiming it!

I missed out on a long run, long bike and some swims the past few days, but I have made sure to get in my 15 mins of core exercises each day, and I did yard work most of the day Sunday. My relay team won our division at the tri Saturday! Woo, I had the fastest bike split of all the 13 relay teams, riding with the guys helped. I'm hoping to get in a bike ride tonight, but it's supposed to be bad weather. I don't mind rain, I refuse to be struck by lightening.

One day a few years ago, son had a out-of-town baseball tourney that started at 7am and ended about 11pm. Next day, hubby was talking about how tired he was. I swear this was out of my mouth before I realized it. "Of course, you are tired because you went to the truck for a nap between games. You should have gone out for a 7.5 mile run." I said it, stopped, and hubby and I in unison said, "Oh God, You(I) have gone to the dark side." But I realized it's true. Watching sports from the sideline is a lot more tiring than moving and doing them ourselves.

Still peachy and most of it has been thru running which makes me so much happier than other things. I have decided to start doing some stair intervals during breaks at work and whew, it's hard work.

The Boulder Peak bike course is legendary. It is, literally and named as such, one of the toughest bike legs in the country.
