Congratulaions!  Great race report.  Its always nice to have a good cheering section as well.

Hopefully now that you've had a bit of time to recover you'll be thinking of what you want to do next.  Isn't there a Muskoka Half not too far away?

Thanks, George! My next event is the Toronto triathlon festival (oly). Going to play it by ear the rest of the summer. Tremblant was my first 70.3, and will be my only half this season.

there is also Canadian Nationals at Magog which is about 3:5 hrs from Ottawa.

That looks like a great event! Too bad it's only a week after TTF... I won't have recovered properly from the Oly by then to put in a really decent race effort.
