Good morning BT!

Heading out for a 1:30-2 hour run. Really feeling like I need to just get out there and pound the trails!

Good luck racers!  Have a great Sunday all!

Oh!  Later, heading to the pool for some lap time as well!

Morning!

Heading out for an easy 20-30 min recovery run, then heading to the pool for some laps.

Sunday is typically my recovery day, but my husband took the kids camping and they won't get home until later...gotta take advantage of the extra time to myself!

Have a great Sunday all!

Gonna get back into it to keep the legs loose.

60-90 min ride before the sun goes down. :D

2:40 bike ride this AM through rare summer morning drizzle. Discovered a new breakfast place in neighboring town. Trying to recover from yet another freak injury--wiped out on some inadvertent "body surfing" when trying to get out at beach in Hawaii after surf got too high and onshore break too crazy for OWS. Lots of bruises. Have a race (Oly) Saturday--think I can handle the swim/bike/run part, but not sure on the contortions required to get into/out of the wetsuit!

just a ride for me today.  finally made it north of where i live to ride George Hincapie's favorite training climb: Ceasers Head.  Actually had to wear arm warmers in July in South Carolina.

2300hrs still counts as Sunday night, yes? hehe

28:00 minute sustained run. Add in warm-up, cool down, and distance home, it was a good 3 miles. I'm hoping to pop off my first full run 5K saturday.

1.5 hours on the bike - have found a nice route by my house where there are wide shoulders for the most part (except where there is some roadwork going on) - not very hilly, but some ok climbs - most of it is dead flat though

Feeling confident and cocky, after finally losing some weight, I got off my back side and into triathlon.
