Subject: Newbie working on motor- Help calculate zones?

Here is the heart rate from my last sprint tri. - given this information, can we figure out my training zones -or- do I need to do a time trial?  This was a REAL max effort for a sustained period. 1/4 mile swim, 8k mountain bike and 5 k run (bike and run in woods / trails). The HR is just for the bike / run.

Times were:

Total - 1:29:08

Swim - 00:13:40

Bike - 00:31:16

Run - 00:42:01

When I jog / bike to workout it seems as though my heart likes 145 - 155 bpm as it seems like I can go forever.

This is from Garmin Connect - previously set my max at 182 - my last max reading during a previous race.

Any suggestions for training zones, etc.

The spike at the end was a sprint to the finish.  The remainder - after 1:20 ish - is post race...  forgot to hit the stop button on my computer.

Thanks Bear....

I read Mike's article still missing a piece.  How does he get from the LT average of 156 to determining the zones (see below)? I have my averages, still not positive of the correct zones? Maybe I am just dense?

I found a calculator on another BT page (see pic) - are these correct?
