Subject: random crossfit workout I some times check out crossfit endurance workouts just to see what there up to I find them very random and sometimes have no idea why they have picked some sessions but the swim of this week long interval seems like they have no idea . the others look like there far enough under there guidelines. but as a 2 min per 100m swimmer when you put in the 1:1 work rest ratio it and main session 4.4km would take me about 3hrs when you include there recommended 400m warm up for swim
