first race this year I notice the lack of run training, gives me a goal for next year. Suffered from lack of hydration in the last mile. Probably due to not enough on the bike.
What would you do differently?:

rethink my H2O planning and stick to it.
Post race
Warm down:

short soak in the lake.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not enough swimming and running leading into this race.

Experts agree, doing a “mock,” triathlon on the course you’re racing can aid you in your training; performance and most of all quell some nervous energy.
