Ok, im trying to figure out hydration on my new (to me) bike. It's a softride rocket so it has only one spot for a cage. I bought a profile HC system for between the bars and its a bit awkward up there, but it holds plenty of water for sprints and probably fine for HIM since there are aid stations, my issue is training. the paths that i take for my long rides are not very close to a water source to refill my bottles. I tried a torhans aero bottle on the downtube and i hate it, i am trying to decide between an aero bottle (profile razor, xlab aero TT, arundel chrono) or just getting a speedfil system and dropping the BTA bottle. What have you guys tried? what works/ doesn't work? I am apprehensive about the speedfil since it looks thick.

Also, im a MOP biker if it makes a difference

Behind the seat bottle holders.  Don't need anything fancy, esp. if just for training.

I do have a Tacx holder, but i just took it off becuase i almost killed myself when my foot got caught on it... thank god it was just in my garage and no one saw it happen =0)

Maybe i will just stick with that for training rides.

I pedal with a 70oz Camel back on my back. It might not be aero, But it's just training. There'll be water on the course.

Does any one have experience with the big speedfil system? without actually having one to test out it seems like it would solve all my issues: carry enough water for an oly/ long training rides, only need one bottle mount, not be behind my seat for me to get caught on while getting on and off and not have a bulky thing between my arms. However, i have never actually used it, so that may just be wishful thinking on my part.

Who has used it and loved it? who has used it and hated it? why?

I have 10 lessons with a coach and he keeps telling my I'm holding my breath. I cannot figure out where since I'm breathing out and in every 3rd stroke. Any drill recommendations?
