Not much activity here, is there other places that AZ peeps are talking about tri's and their training? I really enjoyed talking to folks years ago when i first joined and took a long hiatus, but back riding and training again.

I was wondering the same thing! Wonder where everyone is. Hopefully with the Fall Tri season, there will be more activity soon!

I agree. I met some great people on here a few years ago. I keep mostly in touch with them on FB now.

No BT group that I'm aware of, but I'm a member of ONE Multiport who has daily group workouts (OWS, Masters, group rides, runs, socials). All abilities welcome and fun, encouraging group of people to train with. Check us out: www.facebook.com/onemultisport

I just bought a slant board (for sit ups) and an adjustable dumbbell bench, as well as a starter set of dumbbells (25’s, 20’s, 15’s and 10’s). Now, I need a good dumbbell workout.
