I am slow/beginner swimmer and need a coach here in the woodlands looking for some recommendations.

Tim Floyd. He's the only way to go for our area. Look him up at Magnolia Aquatics.

I coach group workouts at 5:30am on Mondays at the Cypress Creek Y. We have all levels but a smaller group, usually about 10 swimmers. Lots of personal attention.

Tim Floyd is a premier coach, but he may not be ideal for beginner swimmers. He's typically coaching people who swim 1:20/100m and are looking to improve from there.

I'm recommend both Heather Jorris and Gracie Benes.

Have you tried posting on the Conroe Triathlete Facebook page? There are a couple USAT coaches that do private swim sessions.
