Anyone interested in doing the 125 race for half off?  If I can find a friend to sign up we can get 1 registration for free.  Please let me know if you're interested.

Is this offer still on? I got the e-mail yesterday. If it hasn't lapsed, I'd take you up on it! Let me know.

Please check your messages for my contact info.  I think it's still good.  I just emailed them but they let it go last year so...

Anyone else needing to register? I'm doing the 85, but I found out that they'll do the 2 for 1 even if the second race is a lower level. Happy to split with a 125 or 85 athlete.

The off-season is the best time to fine tune your skills and prepare yourself for the next season. It is also time for you to gain some strength and get a little rest after a long season of training.

Is there a magic number of days off for your training plan? Is it a one size fits all or an an individual choice?

If you develop a strategy for the off-season, you can go into the next season stronger than you ended the past season.
