Half Marathon time for Marathon training. I didn't do too bad considering I was running on tired legs. Pretty cool race, lots of crowd support. I did learn one thing though, when I am feeling crappy I really don't like looking at other people feeling crappy. At mile 11 I was thinking "this sux. There is no way I am running a marathon in Nov" - Those feelings stopped after I finished. I finished really strong with a real good kick the last 200 yards and probably passed about 10 people and no one passed me in that time.

I just started doing tris this summer and I have two under my belt, both sprints. Is it reasonable to build up for a Oly in early ‘09, with a HIM in Oct of ‘09
