Think my today was your yesterday, training-wise at least....

AM One hour run including 8 X 400m with 1:30 recovery. Thank goodness it was pleasantly cool after big storms last night.
PM About 35 minutes of strength stuff. Plenty of "training stairs" at work but I don't know if they're immortal or not.

Good Morning

Bit of a sore ankle here today and raining probably too much kicking in the pool yesterday, It should be a run day but might just end up being a strength
training or Core day, will wait and see how it feels by lunch and decide then whether to run on it or not.

Have a great day everyone

90 min on the trainer this morning. Started watching Netflix on my iPad after getting tired of moving the trainer in front of the television. Gonna need to get some sort of stand for it or I'm going to know how sweatproof the iPad is very soon.

Followed up with some core work.

Sounds like a carbon copy workout!  As for the immortal stairs, I'm kind of getting bored with that challenge--but then I think once I start IM training in December I won't do much of that stuff anymore so might as well do different stuff now.  I'm thinking about going back to Insanity for a while.  I'm antsy!

Started out this morning with a bike commute to work along the short coastal route.(27 Mile Ride)

At lunch I hit the trial and ran down to state beach, dumped my shoes and ran down to Flat Rock barefoot in the skinny and then headed back. (10 Mile Run, 6x100 Strides)

After work I am taking the same route home on the bike. (27 Mile Ride)

Tri season is over but I will be bike commuting through the rest of my training cycle for Long Beach at least. 12 More days to go and I my legs are starting to feel very frisky :D

In this case, not copying your workout.....It's my own plan based on one that was posted in the Challenges forum last spring!

I guess I am NOT one of the cool kids because no one seems to keen on copying my workouts
