Kim, you get triple points for the triple alliteration!

I signed up for the local Y this morning in Montreal, and by the time I got the paperwork done I snuck in a whopping 600 meter swim before I had to get to work, so I'm looking forward to a real workout tomorrow morning.

Have a great day everyone!

Parked at razor point at lunch and went for an easy swim in the big surf. Then took a very casual walk up to Flat Rock and back just to shake out the legs. (1500 meter swim, 2 mile walk)

This was all about the enjoyment of the day and nothing more. The air is 75 and the water is still an unseasonably warm 72. The water was super clear and being just north of the Torrey Canyon MLPA (Marine Life Protection Area), there was plenty of fish and critters to see on my journey.

Legs are feeling great and it seems like recovery is going a bit ahead of schedule. My resting HR is back below 40 and the legs are getting itchy for a run. (Not Yet)

Yes, congrats on the Marathon - and the quick recovery after!!

5:15am - 60 min power spin

7:30am - 3 mile run while the kids biked along

Then spend 4 hours walking around the zoo - more Fall Break fun with my kids!

Woke up, slow ran my dogs 5.3 miles. Ate breakfast, hit the gym at 1115, stretched for 15 minutes then jumped into a total body kettle bell class. Spent a hard 30 working it. From TBKB, I headed straight to spin class for what turned out to be a power day. 45 minutes later I was cooked. I've eaten everything in sight than since then...
