OK My oldest is now 19 and the babies are 13. I've been working at watching what I eat and working out. I'm just starting to add crunches to my training. BUT I still have the baby fat from 19 years ago!!!!

What else can I do to help lose it? Liposuction is NOT an option.

how long have you been watching what you eat/working out? it takes patience, but if it has been a while, you could always talk with a nutritionist to see what things you are doing wrong or right. i've been considering doing just that to get rid of my baby fat...and mine is only 2 1/2 years old!

I am also trying to lose "baby" fat. I have so much loose skin around my belly from gaining way too much weight during my pregnancies, and unfortunately I know that no matter how much weight I lose, the excess skin is always going to be there. I am fairly close to my pre-pregnancy weight, but my pre-pregnancy weight was a good 5 pounds heavier than my ideal weight, so I'm trying to lose about 6 pounds. If I ever have extra money I will definitely seek a tummy tuck to rid myself of the excess skin because it makes me feel unattractive.

My wife has the extra skin in the tummy area as well. It really bothers her, because she has worked hard to get below her pre-pregnancy weights (2 daughters ages 3 and 5), but still has the "pouch" as she calls it.

I'm just starting to train so I know that it won't just fall of (although I wish it would). I was just wondering what else I could do to help the process along.

I will start swimming again Labor Day weekend (had to wait becuz I got a tattoo to celebrate my b-day).

Well, for starters? Crunches will not reduce the amount of fat around your belly.

You said, you're working on watching what you eat? Therein lies the problem. Diet. Diet. Diet.
