I'm in for IM Louisville in October and have some runs planned: Jackpot 100 in Feb. & Capital Reef 50 in July.

My training engine has been on a several month long sputter though.

I'm gearing up. Trying to take these last two months to hopefully get in good enough shape to start my training plan at the start if the year. Planning on a few sprint triathlons around the Missoula area. My first one will be either the Grizzly or Peak sprints.

I missed the Grizz for a cruise. First one I've missed since 2007!

I will be riding RATPOD (ratpod.org) in two weeks, ACK!

July 18th is the Beaverhead Y-Tri

After RATPOD I want to start running more so that I can do Garden City Oly on August 29th.

The off-season is the best time to fine tune your skills and prepare yourself for the next season. It is also time for you to gain some strength and get a little rest after a long season of training.

If you develop a strategy for the off-season, you can go into the next season stronger than you ended the past season.
