Hi all,

I am looking for a swim coach in the heights area. I am currently a member of LA fitness on north shephard so if you are too that may work out best! Im a 28yo/male and I've completed 1 olympic tri (my only tri). I struggled with the swim and have never swam prior. I am sure to need help with technique. Please post or email me recommendations if you have any, thank you!

I swim at dad's club on i10 and voss - coach Carleigh and she's with Outrival. It's not the heights but definitely worth checking out. Let me know if you need more help.

I coach group workouts at Cypress Creek Y on Monday mornings at 5:30am. Not the heights but the best I can offer.

I'm not swim coach, but I am in the Heights. Sadly I swim out by work on the NW side of town. If you want to crush a fast ride, come to Blue Line Bike Lab on Wednesday's at 7pm.. 30 mile route and they haul tail!!! I get dropped most of the time when I make it out there, but it's fun.

Small world. I used to swim with Jeremy. He's a great dude with a great attitude. Ask him about the time he wore a speedo when cheering people on at IMTX and held a sign in front of his waist saying "Smile or I'll drop the sign"
