Subject: Off Season Training
Just finished my first half marathon yesterday (Philadelphia), so my off season has officially begun. I have found that I need a plan to follow to train effectively. Where can I find tri specific off season training plans that I can use to guide my training?

Great time to work on weaknesses.  BT has three 8 week focused plans for the Swim, Bike and Run.  Pick one or two and enjoy!

I own both a road bike and a tri bike. I am wondering which bike I should be riding during off season training, or does it matter?

The off-season is the best time to fine tune your skills and prepare yourself for the next season. It is also time for you to gain some strength and get a little rest after a long season of training.

Maintain a two-day-a-week swimming and running routine. If this happens, my 2005 times should be greatly improved in these areas.
