There are a couple here in Australia - Effortlessswimming.com is run by a pro triathlete but also a great swimmer, Brenton Ford. His site is great. And also Clayton Fettell (current pro triathlete) has a training thing going called CF I think. google both.

My swim coach is a Channel swimmer, endurance open water guy plus ex triathlete, john Van Wisse. his sessions are to learn how to swim, he then during OWS teaches us the art of drafting and mass starts including how to pummel each other. He also has a website.
