Wow it's hump day already??

An hour and 40 minutes biking today for me.

Kim, when you get to hawaii, find and eat as many soursop fruits as you can. It's an AMAZING fruit that is really hard to find anywhere else (at least in the US). Also check out the noni fruit, especially one that's old enough that it's getting soft. It's supposed to be good for your skin among other things, but the fun thing about it is that it absolutely REEKS. Really really bad, it's like eating a harry potter jellybean.

Have a wonderful wednesday everyone

I have a soursop tree in my backyard (we call it sirsak in Indonesia, same word root)

Have fun Teech!

Getting back into it, sort of, super slowly, only as I can, and yes with professional advice. (Not my own. That's important.)

10 min swim cords (rehab style)

10 min run (at the pace of a slow walk, the ensuing walk was faster!)

20 min walk

Day 3 of Ironman Training for Me! It calls for 30 minutes strength training, 45 minute trainer ride, and 1 mile run. Technically the plan only calls for the trainer ride, but I am doing the 1 mile run to keep my run streak with friends going, and strength training just because

Sounds delicious!  Jellybean flavored--I'm down!  I can't wait to try it!
