I just got a bike trainer and was looking to find some trainer workouts. What is your fav go to trainer workout (1hr long)

Sufferfest + TrainerRoad. If you can walk afterwards, you didn't do it right.

This.  If you want a good 1hr workout one of their newer videos "The Rookie" is awesome.

So which one did you end up getting?

The BT cycling plan is a good start if you want a structured 14-16week plan that builds through 3 phases with base workouts 0:50 to 1:10 long (an optional 4th long WO >1:30 included).  The BT plan has been added to the MaximumTrainer software so if you have ANT+ peripherals and a supported trainer then your are set to go.

 TrainerRoad is a great tool to use for the trainer, and has lots of one hour workouts and training plans.  There's also a lot of workouts here on BT that you could scope out and do in an hour.

my trainer rides are almost exclusively at 4:45am, so I ride with a medium-high effort watching something in the dvr.
