Subject: San Diego Swimming
Hi all. I'll be visiting my folks in San Diego (Scripps Ranch area to be more precise) for a few days after Christmas. No bike, and I know I can run almost anywhere, so it's the swimming that I'm asking about. I'd like to try some ocean swimming (we don't have that in Minnesota - and not much open-water lake swimming this time of year either). Plus I have a new (to me) long sleeve wetsuit that I've yet to swim in and figure it'd be nice to break it in. So...where are the good places? Thanks for the info!
