Henderson / Las Vegas swimming mentor needed

I am 37 years old male, reasonably in shape, that is trying to do his first sprint tri in May. I need someone who can assist me with swimming. I only can swim 750m in 30 minutes with lots of rests. My form is terrible and my shoulder is already aching. I spent money for a monthly swim coach and got 4 lessons from a 20 year old that played water polo. (Not ideal for triathlons) Anyone out there that could spend some time with me on the basics? Right now I am swimming 3x each week at the multigenerational center in Henderson after work. I appreciate your charity. I would hire a coach but all my money has been allotted to suits, entrance fees, etc.
