Subject: Need some advice
The last two times I did my weight workout I have felt dizzy and nauseous for about an hour after. I have not thrown up but I have felt like it. I have been working out for about 3-4 months and this has only happen this week. Any suggestions or thoughts.

What were you doing? Squats, bench, something really requiring exertion? Did you eat/drink before the workout (possibly low on energy)? I will sometimes get light headed after benching if I come up off the bench to quick. Nausea for me is typically traced to eating to close to a work out, or too heavy an ab routine.

Take a day or two off, and check your blood pressure.

It seems like I start to feel this way near the end of the session. I usually mix between upper and lower body throughout the workout. I have another weight session scheduled for tomorrow so I will see how it goes.
