Can anyone recommend a good yoga dvd or online video to do at home?

Patellar Tendinitis has been keeping me from racing for over a year now. As you can imagine that can drive a woman insane! I'm getting together with the doctor this week and going to ask him about pursuing a yoga routine.

Good luck with the continued strengthening and recovery!

There are literally hundreds of styles of yoga. For endurance athletes I highly recommend Kim Fowler's Yoga for Athletes.

Your Yanti-ness I looked at that link and didn't see an online/DVD option. Am I missing something?

Go to the Shop tab on the website, there is a Books&Video section under that.

During a "power yoga" session I noticed pain with hip adduction/internal rotation. Running and biking don't seem to bother it, as long as I don't push it. I still have achy pain with walking.
