Good morning.

1030 I will go to the gym and swim for a mile or so.
4:30 (after work) I will pedal on the trainer an hour.

Have a great day!

This morning was pool training.

Swam approximately 2000 meters and mixed in some drills.

This afternoon will run 4 miles.
