Subject: HELP, new to the site! Hey folks, I am new to the site and am having some problems finding things. I largely have a plan settled on for a 70.3 ,but I am trying to find specific workouts to fill in for the various days (i.e., giving substance to the "swim 4000m" instruction, etc. ). From what I understand there are workouts on here, but I can't find them. Help the new guy please! |
