Subject: Second IM training plan I followed silver plan for IM last year and it worked, I was able to finish my first IM. However, I was injured and my time of 14 something hours did not make me very happy. I am considering to try IM this year again in September.
What would you recommend for the plan? Would you stick to the old plan, or try something new?
How do you analyze training and race to find out weak points to correct them in the new season?
