5:15am - 60 min power spin
9:30 - 50 min spin with 15 strength circuit after.
This was my new class working at with a triathlon coach in his studio - with his athletes. We all bring our bikes/trainers and I run the class. It was AMAZING! After so many years working/teaching in gyms such as LAFitness and other corporate big box gyms, it's nice to move up and really start working with athletes! My 5:15am class is with mostly triathletes/cyclists as well (but on Cycleops bikes with power meters )...and my classes seem to work well with their plans/goals! I'm having so much fun and LOVE my job :- )!
