4:15am:  65 min run--middle section incline/speed repeats

5:30am:  30 minute strength

I will be doing a 1200m swim with 5x100m intervals at 1030 and a 45 minute bike after work.

I've got a 50 minute treadmill speed work session waiting for me right after work, then a 2000 m endurance swim later this evening.

Evening everyone!

5:15am - 60 min power spin

9:30 - 50 min spin with 15 strength circuit after.

This was my new class working at with a triathlon coach in his studio - with his athletes. We all bring our bikes/trainers and I run the class. It was AMAZING! After so many years working/teaching in gyms such as LAFitness and other corporate big box gyms, it's nice to move up and really start working with athletes! My 5:15am class is with mostly triathletes/cyclists as well (but on Cycleops bikes with power meters)...and my classes seem to work well with their plans/goals! I'm having so much fun and LOVE my job :-)!

I'm pooped though - hopefully will get to bed early! Have a great night!

That's really cool!  I bet it was a blast!
