Subject: forward sitting while in aero position I am wondering if anyone of you has had this issue, and if i am ok doing this.
Since last year i have been struggling with IT Band issues on the bike. I have done everything that needs to be done, stretch, bike fit, ART name it. It's going much better, i have found that if i sit forward on the saddle ( i mean forward ) while in aero position i am stronger and almost pain free. The question i have is could i injure myself somewhere else doing this, is it OK, i realy feel good besides a little bit of pain related to sitting forward on the saddle.
