4:00am:  1:30 on the KK, solid Z2

5:30am:  :40 minute run

Uh-oh...We are un-synched! AM 1:10 fartlek run (can imagine my boys snickering over that one) PM 35 minutes strength stuff. Headed off to bed. Have a good one! Oddly, my best runs are often bricks. No idea why. Maybe the endorphins have plenty of time to kick in if one rides a few hours first, or I'm just so glad to be off the bike?

6 am pedaled 40 minutes 180w with 6x20 sec sprints at 250w.

Swim later today.

A quick 40 minutes on the spin bike for me, was all I could work in today.

I like all these bike workouts posted! Gives me ideas!!!

5:15am - 60 min power spin. Increasing power intervals on a hill - ouch!

had a meeting at school and then volunteering (as usual).

1pm - made myself go out for a 3 mile run. I have much more motivation in the morning! But got it done!
