Subject: 1/2 ironman training plan New here, like BRAND new, I have limited tri experience. I did one Xterra two years ago and had a blast, this summer I have a few races scheduled including an Ironman 70.3. In my training plan it says for my swim workout to do 200 swim, 200 kick, 200 pull, and 200 swim in my warm up, what does this mean? thanks.. |
