Subject: New and Ready to Learn!
I am new to triathlons but have done a half and full marathon and love the training process. Decided to try a sprint triathlon this summer and would love any and all advice about anything! Tips or tricks for training and about what to wear would be most helpful! Thank you in advance!

I'm not sure if one of these models is better, both are from 2009 aluminum/carbon combinations. I realize this is a difficult question but any thoughts as which bike is better for a woman?
