6:20 AM One hour run with four five-minute tempo pickups. Crazy humid but felt a lot better than Saturday's 2 hours with 3 X 20 minute tempo stuff.
Noonish: 35 minutes strength at gym

Home internet is ridiculously slow, so getting coursework done is a laborious process. Much of afternoon spent on couch waiting for things to load. Sigh. I guess it's good "recovery" and cat are overjoyed at this state of affairs.

My how the tides can turn. On Sunday I was suffering from the ever increasing heat, and today it was in the 40s and super windy, so I busted out the winter tights. The training plan called for a weenie 2 mile run today, looking forward to increased mileage.

Our weekly Tuesday crit series start tonight, so I'm racing the women's race and the cat 3 men's race for 70 minutes of crit race. However, it's cancelled i it rains and it could go either way this evening, so if there is no race, I'll be doing a crit drill.

Afternoon all

Nice easy 4 mile run on the river trail at lunch, first time down the trail this year, enjoyed it immensely.

Have a great day all.

Good afternoon.

Got in a really easy 1.5 miles pacing a coworker for her Air Force PT test followed by an 1800m swim during my lunch break. After work I will knock out 50 minutes on the bike with a short 10 minute run after.

Have a great day!

cant believe you are already tapering for your 70.3 - where the heck has the time gone???

I'm supposed to be tapering too (for an OLY this Sunday)

5:15am - 60 min power spin
8:30 - 2.5 mile run on the treadmill
9am - 1500 yd in the pool. Coach has me doing LONG sets at L4 with L3 and L5 mixed in - that just hurts!
