Water temps for that weekend the past three years have been low 60's. I'd imagine that will continue to hold true. Air temps can vary from 40's to 80's, depends on the weather.

Pulled the trigger on the full for next year. Couldn't beat the price.

I was mainly wondering about logistics and experience. The last 2 years only less than 20 people have done the full. Sounds like a lonley marathon. I was also wondering how the race was ran but heard good things elsewhere.

Hello Wright-Joseph,

Yes, The Price Is Right!!!! Good On You!!

Yes, you are right, very few tackle the Full. The bike ride/marathon are two loops of the same course. You won't be lonely on the ride as the Half's took all morning and early afternoon to finish. You will see runners everywhere along the farm lands. Last Saturday, Loma has a runway, planes flew all day practicing touch-n-go's. And the views, dude, plenty of views of our western slope!! Having said that…… You might find some long solo time during the run.

So Bring Your A- Game!!!
Cheers

During the race there will be plenty of opportunities to exchange bottles, so I'm thinking about going with the aero bottle and Gatorade bottle and fill up as necessary. What should I do?

If a heart patient can do these things, then so can those of you who haven't been split open like a fish and sewn back together.
