Might have a screw pulled from my ankle pending on the next MRI outcome. Curious if anyone has had this or something similar. Just wandering when you were allowed to swim or bike. I'll ask more questions once I get back to the doc, but that's not for another week and half

You could probably do some light biking immediately. It will be a really small incision if its just to back out a screw. No immersion until sutures out and wound well healed though. So, maybe 2 weeks before the pool.

I did more therapy, more stretches, more exercises and stopped running for over six months. I am just coming back to triathlon after a year off due to this ankle injury.

In the fall I was running on some trails and rolled my ankle pretty bad. I took a few weeks off from running and let it heal. Every so often, my ankle feels swollen, or off.
