Easy swim in the pool 15-20 minutes prior to race start. Totally recommend doing this if the opportunity presents.

Drinking cold water and stretching ... sitting in the shade and grabbing some food.

Event comments:

3LP is a good, fun race. The facility is nice, clean and well supported. FSS did a very good job this year with the timing chips, wherein live data was posted, quick results, etc.
