Subject: OWS's and Practise Triathlons in Region of Waterloo Area
I'm looking for some good locations to do OWS's in the Region of Waterloo, and even some practice Triathlon (Swim to Bike To Run) locations.

I'm in the Elmira area (North end of Region of Waterloo) and not sure where I could go. I know Guelph Lake is about a 30-35 minute drive...but wondering if there is anything closer in the area?

Anyone have any recommendations or spots locally that are good for Triathletes to practise OWS's and Tri's?

You'll find a lot of triathletes at Gullivers Lake on the weekend. It's a little bit further than Guelph Lake though. The lake is a 1km loop. It's right in the country, so great for cycling.
