WPAFB Blue Streak 10 mile Time Trial tips wanted

I am considering riding this, and would like to ask if anyone has some tips for me:

1) How is the best way to warm up for this? Do they allow some warmup time / area?

2) I heard this course is flat, are there any hills, if so where along the course?

3) Can family watch if non base register - How do you request this access if so?

4) Any tips for pacing this TT, never ridden a Time trial before?

5) Any other helpful tips?
